Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly of steel structures in naval or industrial sector.
• Solid understanding of welding standards, fabrication processes, and quality assurance in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 3834, 45001) and classification society guidelines.
• English level B2 minimum required (advanced level preferred).
• Must be in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the manufacturing, welding, and assembly of steel structures.
• Conduct quality control through Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self-inspections, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001.
• Apply knowledge of welding techniques, welding procedures, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
• Utilize nesting software and CAD/CAM tools for production planning and material optimization.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
