Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist in the installation of medical gas pipeline systems (Oxygen, Medical Air, Vacuum, Nitrous Oxide, CO₂, AGSS)
  • Support senior technicians during maintenance, testing, and repairs of medical gas systems
  • Perform routine inspections of pipelines, outlets, valves, alarms, and manifolds
  • Help identify leaks, pressure issues, and system faults
  • Assist with brazing, pipe cutting, fitting, and insulation under supervision
  • Ensure systems comply with hospital standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas, especially in clinical environments
Skills
Education & Experience
  • Diploma in Mechanical or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical gas technician
  • Basic knowledge of medical gas systems
  • Understanding of pipes, fittings, valves, outlets, and alarm systems
  • Ability to assist in brazing, pipe cutting, and installation
