• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to collect technical data sheets, certificates, and samples.
• Maintain and update the Material Submittal Log (MSL) and Material Tracker.
• Follow up on submitted materials and coordinate responses to consultant comments.
• Ensure all submittals are in the required format and meet project standards (LEED, fire rating, etc.).
• Support procurement by confirming approved materials.
• Coordinate with site and factory teams to ensure materials align with approvals.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

3-4 years experience in material submittal preparation in construction or joinery.
