Role Purpose:

The Regional Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for executing BEAM’s marketing strategy at the regional level across all segments — retail, distribution, contractors, consultants, and project developers. The role ensures that all marketing activities, assets, and communications are delivered with technical accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong alignment to BEAM’s brand and system positioning.

This position serves as a key link between regional sales teams, the Technical Division, and the Group Marketing Operations Manager, providing market insights, identifying needs, and ensuring that corporate marketing initiatives are implemented effectively in each region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate all marketing initiatives within the assigned region, including campaigns, product launches, events, and retail activations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, system guides, presentations, samples, and display materials.
  • Adapt corporate content to meet regional requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular market observations to identify customer needs, competitive activity, and opportunity areas across the retail and project segments.
  • Provide structured insights and field data to the Marketing Intelligence & Analytics Team.
  • Support the development of market-driven initiatives by reporting trends, gaps, and performance feedback.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to ensure they have the appropriate marketing tools and materials to support business development and specifications.
  • Coordinate delivery of technical and commercial presentations, system documentation, samples, and reference cases.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to optimize future marketing materials and messaging.
  • Ensure all regional marketing materials accurately reflect BEAM’s systems, technical standards, certifications, and performance claims.
  • Support the development and rollout of technical documents including installation manuals, system guides, application sheets, and EN-aligned content
  • Maintain up-to-date regional libraries of technical documentation.
  • Provide distributors and retail partners with marketing materials, brand guidelines, product information, and updates.
  • Support in-store visibility, training activities, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor execution quality and compliance with BEAM’s brand and communication standards.
  • Own the regional marketing activity calendar and ensure all tasks are executed on schedule.
  • Prepare clear briefs and coordinate with the creative and production teams for timely asset creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Experience in building materials, construction, engineering, or B2B industries is a must
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and work with technical product information.
  • Experience coordinating with creative teams (design, video, content).
