Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Specialist to manage and enhance our brand presence through effective marketing campaigns and clear, engaging communications. This role combines marketing strategy, content creation, public relations, and internal / external communications to support the companys growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication plans that align with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and manage content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, website pages, and social media.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage the companys social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, sponsorships, and public appearances.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
