Overview
The Marketing Communication Expert will extensively work on strategic communications and go-to-market initiatives for ADC’s 450 MHz industrial connectivity portfolio within the Commercial and Business Development function. This role is pivotal in bridging technical offerings with market opportunities through impactful messaging, compelling content, and targeted campaigns. Working closely with sales, product, and external partners, this individual will position ADC as a national leader in mission‑critical connectivity and support its role as a digital infrastructure enabler in alignment with Vision 2030 and other national initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies for B2B offerings in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Align messaging and positioning with national priorities (Vision 2030, NIDLP, and digital infrastructure initiatives).
- Build and maintain ADC’s value propositions and brand identity for its 450 MHz spectrum portfolio, including MCC, BCC, and IoT solutions.
- Position ADC as a national leader in industrial connectivity, emphasizing the uniqueness and strategic value of the exclusive 450 MHz license.
- Create impactful sales and customer‑facing materials such as brochures, decks, playbooks, videos, and case studies tailored to industry verticals.
- Provide sales teams with tools including battle cards, pitch guides, and value proposition frameworks.
- Support customer engagement activities—lead development, introductory meetings, NDAs— with a focus on driving RFP opportunities.
- Plan and execute lead‑generation campaigns targeting industrial and government sectors.
- Manage ADC Connectivity BU’s representation at trade shows, conferences, and high‑profile events.
- Coordinate public relations, media outreach, and executive visibility aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the BU’s digital presence, including websites, blogs, whitepapers, and social media.
- Develop thought leadership content and client success stories to strengthen ADC’s brand narrative.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (Zain, Salam, OEMs) for joint campaigns and co‑branded initiatives.
- Support marketplace and product teams in promoting new offerings.
- Liaise with product, regulatory, network, and delivery teams to ensure go‑to‑market readiness and synchronized launches.
- Coordinate with other business units to deliver integrated campaigns and messaging consistency.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in B2B technology, telecom, or digital infrastructure sectors
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of telecom services, private networks, and industrial connectivity use cases.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales enablement, bid content creation, and campaign management.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑centric narratives.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Results‑driven with a strategic and deadline‑focused mindset.
- Familiarity with government and industrial buyer personas in Saudi Arabia.
