Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to oversee and optimize production scheduling and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor and adjust production plans to address changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or equipment availability.
• Analyze production capacity and resource utilization to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory status, and work orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Generate reports on production progress, inventory levels, and planning performance for management.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and reduce lead times.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory control activities to balance supply and demand effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory management principles is a plus.
