Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition- Centre of Excellence lead to identify and prioritise projects.
  • Support the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, and success measures.
  • Assist in developing clear project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Consolidate reporting across the project portfolio and prepare regular updates for leadership.
  • Drive projects through day-to-day coordination and support, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards
  • Support the design and execution of change management activities to embed new processes and systems.
  • Coordinate communication, stakeholder briefings, and preparation of training materials.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members, HRBPs, and business leaders to support alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management certification desirable (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
  • 6-8 years’ experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally within a corporate or transformation environment.
  • Experience contributing to project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communicator, confident in engaging with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability in a project or business support role.
