Job Description
  • Implement budget control and standardization, including development of training, templates, and meeting coordination to ensure accurate budget management;
  • Prepare, analyze, and manage the yearly Purchase Orders (PO);
  • Promote a culture of expense management by introducing BRF expense management tools, creating routine controls, and interfacing with leaders to identify deviations, causes, and corrective actions;
  • Implement KPIs and inventory controls, ensuring targets are met, including creation of templates, standardization, and follow-up meetings;
  • Implement and maintain the Management by Objectives (MBO) methodology;
  • Ensure proper preparation and analysis of the yearly Customer Service Reports (CSRs);
  • Seek continuous improvement projects for operations following BRF's management systems, Six Sigma, and Lean management tools;
  • Support the implementation of management and improvement tools such as SDCA & PDCA;
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Circles and Efficiency Committees;
  • Develop process flows with departments, ensure processes align with these flows, and coordinate meetings for compliance;
  • Perform gap analysis against customer, international standards, and legal requirements within the management system and ensure integration through existing procedures.
Academic Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
