Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor to lead the pre-opening Food & Beverage team with a focus on luxury, personalized service and seamless guest experiences in Riyadh. You will oversee daily operations, train Heartists, and ensure flawless in-room dining from setup to service and post-service follow-up.

The role emphasizes high standards, guest customization, and cross-department coordination to deliver memorable dining experiences in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in Hospitality/F&B management.
• Minimum 2–3 years in F&B service, luxury hotel preferred.
• Pre-opening or luxury hotel experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of in-room dining service standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily in-room dining operations with personalized service.
• Ensure orders are accurately received, prepared, and delivered per standards.
• Coordinate setup, presentation, and delivery of orders per luxury standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in service areas.
• Support pre-opening readiness and training of Heartists.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests professionally.
