Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic Restaurant and Lounge Manager to lead our pre-opening F&B team. You will oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations, uphold luxury standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while driving operational readiness and financial performance.

Reporting to the Assistant F&B Manager, you will develop service standards, train Heartists, coordinate with culinary and other departments, and guide VIP dining and special occasions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 4.6+ years in F&B operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with luxury hotel or resort operations is desirable.
• Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain luxury standards of service, ambiance and guest satisfaction.
• Lead opening/closing procedures and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with culinary team for timely food preparation and delivery.
• Develop SOPs, service sequences and outlet guidelines.
• Recruit, onboard and train Heartists.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Ensure effective cross-department communication.
