Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Team Leader - In-Villa Dining to ensure daily In-Villa Dining operations meet brand standards and ultra-luxury guest expectations in a resort environment.

You will lead service teams, coach colleagues, coordinate with Culinary, Front Office and supporting departments, and deliver personalized in-room dining experiences while maintaining HACCP, safety and impeccable presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in-room dining or similar luxury hospitality services.
• Strong guest engagement and service recovery skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance, direction, and support to In-Room Dining associates during assigned shifts.
• Lead by example in professional grooming, behavior, and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary and supporting departments to ensure food quality, presentation, and timing standards.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of associates.
• Foster effective teamwork and communication between In-Room Dining and supporting departments.
