Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis is an upcoming luxury eco-resort in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating under Mantis within the Accor group. We are building a pre-opening team to launch Heartist housing and employee accommodation across vibrant facilities.

The Housing Supervisor will lead daily accommodation operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage allocations, records, and welfare, and coordinate readiness with multiple departments ahead of opening.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in employee accommodation, housing supervision, staff welfare, or facilities operations.
• Experience in hotel or resort pre-opening operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Heartist accommodation facilities ensuring safety, cleanliness, and comfort in line with policies and Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate housing allocations, maintain accommodation records, and support Heartist welfare and satisfaction.
• Prepare and coordinate pre-opening housing readiness, room allocations, and inventory for new joiners.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Purchasing, and external service providers for readiness and maintenance.
