Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis is seeking a passionate Training Supervisor to join our pre-opening team in Riyadh. You will coordinate and monitor learning initiatives to support performance, service excellence, and growth, aligning with Accor and Mantis standards.

As a key member of People & Culture, you will organize training calendars, onboarding, and brand immersion programs while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Hospitality, Education, Business)
• 2–3 years of training/learning & development or hospitality operations with training responsibilities
• Experience in luxury hotels/resorts or internationally recognized brands is desirable
• Pre-opening hotel/resort experience is an advantage
• Experience with LMS and digital training platforms

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the resort's annual training and development plan.
• Conduct training needs assessments with department heads to identify skills gaps.
• Design, organize, and deliver training covering guest service, leadership, and operational competencies.
• Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Support departmental trainers and promote a continuous learning culture.
• Develop pre-opening training calendar and onboarding programs.
• Coordinate brand immersion and service culture training for Heartists.
• Maintain training records, reports, and compliance.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and other departments on employee development.
