Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire, rectify any deficiencies, and maintain professional appearance.
• Complete opening and closing duties; manage supplies and tools; perform maintenance work orders as needed.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and motivating employees.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets; greet guests with courtesy and appreciation.
• Develop positive working relationships; support team goals and respond to concerns promptly.
