Job summary

SLS The Red Sea seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the daily front desk operations and elevate guest experiences on the Red Sea coast. You will work closely with the Duty Manager to guide front office staff and ensure seamless service reflecting bold, personalized hospitality.

The role emphasizes supervising guest arrivals, service standards, and proactive problem solving while coordinating with other departments to deliver memorable stays for VIPs and guests alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Office or guest-facing operations in luxury hotels.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
• Experience with Opera Cloud PMS or similar systems.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Office operations (guest arrivals/departures, room assignments, cashiering).
• Lead Front Office colleagues to ensure consistent service standards and smooth operations.
• Welcome VIPs and returning guests with personalized experiences.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, Security and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Promote guest engagement and loyalty programs, and monitor guest profiles and feedback.
