Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island seeks a motivated Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest services team during the resort opening. You will drive smooth check-in/check-out, resolve guest concerns, and ensure flawless service across departments.

Ideal candidates have front desk leadership experience in luxury hospitality, strong English and Arabic communication, and a proactive, guest-centric mindset. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role at the Front Desk in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guest-focused approach.
• Pre-opening experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Desk team to ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out.
• Support Front Office Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly with genuine care and service recovery.
• Ensure guest preferences are recorded and communicated across departments.
• Oversee training and mentoring of Guest Services Agents and daily duties.
• Assist in developing front desk procedures and systems for pre-opening.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments for flawless guest journey.
• Handle VIP arrivals and special occasions with personalized attention.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to improvement strategies.
