• Build, mentor and develop the pre-opening Front Office department.
• Oversee regular employee training sessions and track effectiveness, covering IT systems and guest-service protocols.
• Lead and drive the hotel's sales and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Ensure SOPs/LSOPs are current and accessible to all staff for reference and updates.
