Job summary

SLS The Red Sea, part of Ennismore’s luxury hospitality portfolio, is seeking a Host/Hostess to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival through dining. You will warmly welcome, guide, and assist guests, ensuring a refined and personalized arrival that reflects the bold, stylish spirit of SLS.

Work closely with the F&B team to manage guest flow, seating, and reservations, while maintaining SLS standards and a genuine hospitality mindset. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a guest-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage guest seating and dining flow based on reservations and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with service teams to meet guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, events, seating arrangements and guest preferences.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and concerns professionally; escalate when required.
• Maintain a welcoming host stand and reception area during service.
• Manage reservations using restaurant reservation systems and validate guest details.
• Answer calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries and bookings.
