SLS The Red Sea is seeking a proactive Guest Service Centre Agent to be a central connection between guests and the hotel. You will communicate warmly, handle requests with care, and coordinate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in guest services, a professional English telephone manner, and familiarity with Opera PMS and MS Office. This role emphasizes confidentiality, efficiency, and excellent guest interactions.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or higher; hospitality/guest services background preferred.
• At least 1–2 years in guest services, front office, call center, PBX or similar roles in luxury/lifestyle settings.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS; knowledge of guest request systems is a plus.
• Strong guest service, communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach.

Aufgaben

• Handle guest inquiries and service requests with a warm, confident SLS tone.
• Serve as central point of contact for guest inquiries throughout stay.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, dining, spa, activities and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest requests with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and other teams.
• Log, track and follow up on guest requests for timely completion.
