Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a security team.
• Good understanding of security operations, emergency procedures, and guest safety.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations related to security and civil defense.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security strategies.
• Lead emergency preparedness efforts including fire safety and medical response.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi civil defense and municipality regulations.
• Train security staff on customer service and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and optimize surveillance systems (CCTV) and access control.

Skills

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a security team

Good understanding of security operations, emergency procedures, and guest safety

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

Ability to handle incidents calmly and make quick, sound decisions

Education

Saudi National (Mandatory)
