Job summary

A leading mining company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Specialist Logistics & Projects to support logistical planning and project coordination for exploration operations. The successful candidate will assist in developing logistics plans, support contract management, and monitor performance metrics, contributing significantly to operational readiness across remote sites. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years in logistics or project coordination are required. Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in logistics or project coordination within mining or industrial environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and field logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining annual logistics plans in coordination with field schedules.
• Support creation, evaluation, and execution of transportation and logistics contracts.
• Track logistics KPIs and contractor performance against SLAs.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, contract execution, and budget utilization.

Skills

Strong planning and coordination capabilities

Proficiency in logistics systems and contract management tools

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Ability to work in remote and dynamic field conditions

Knowledge of EHSS protocols and operational compliance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field

Certification in project or contract management (preferred)
