About the opportunity

• Build a new logistics on-demand delivery service.
• Manage reduction of delivery time.
• Improve delivery experience NPS scores.
• Enhance orders stacking process.
• Reduce all logistical failures, vendor operations, and customer issues.
• Collaborate with Delivery Hero central team to enhance logistics services in KSA.
• Reduce wastage per order.
• Transition logistics operation model from on-demand to shift model.
• Improve orders dispatching algorithm.
• Develop better control metrics for riders’ performance.
• Monitor logistics performance during holidays, national days, and weekends.
• Ensure stakeholder readiness through training, workshops, communication, and support.
• Prepare involved divisions for changes to maintain morale and culture.
• Review change issues and recommend initiatives to foster a vibrant work environment.
• Lead project management teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects.
• Ensure projects meet parameters (cost, budget, timelines, scope, quality) and standards.
• Lead growth initiatives aligning corporate departments for seamless execution.

What you need to be successful

• 7+ years of experience in Logistics or relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations management.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
