Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Front Office Service Manager to lead the lobby team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, coordinate courtesy calls, collect feedback, and collaborate with front desk, concierge, F&B and housekeeping to deliver seamless service.

The role requires hospitality leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage requests, resolve issues, and uphold Radisson Rewards standards while driving

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in a hotel.
• Confidence to approach people and build relationships.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive and energy.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Unlimited work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in the lobby and handle inquiries.
• Make courtesy calls to guests and assist with dining/transport reservations.
• Gather guest feedback and record reviews to drive improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service with prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor and maintain a welcoming lobby environment; report maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, F&B and housekeeping for seamless service.
• Oversee Radisson Rewards implementation and uphold standards.
