Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager at KRAIV in Jeddah. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for leases, market research, lease administration, property management, and resident retention for all of our sites and hospitality projects in KSA and abroad

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Duties
  • Handling all leasing activities including agreements, rental renewals and property reservations.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to generate traffic and promote rental properties.
  • Evaluating potential tenants by processing applications, conducting credit checks and interviewing applicants.
  • Ensuring all property listings are advertised correctly and efficiently.
  • Researching the market to stay current with real estate trends and competitor pricing.
  • Negotiating lease contracts with potential tenants to achieve beneficial terms.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with tenants by addressing and resolving any complaints.
