As a Leak Detection Specialist, you will be responsible for detecting and locating leaks in water pipelines using specialized equipment and methods. This role requires hands-on experience in fieldwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical procedures to support the maintenance and sustainability of water infrastructure systems

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Conduct field inspections and use advanced leak detection equipment (such as acoustic sensors, correlators, or ground microphones) to locate water leaks.
  • Perform routine checks, surveys, and monitoring of water distribution systems.
  • Record and document findings, including location, type, and severity of leaks.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to resolve identified leaks.
  • Follow safety standards and operational guidelines during all site activities.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports and keeping accurate records of inspections.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and relevant departments regarding findings and progress.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Education level: High school certificate or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in leak detection within water networks.
  • Familiarity with leak detection technologies and equipment.
