Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Client Data Specialist to support our agency's growth by identifying, collecting, and qualifying high-value potential clients. This role focuses on gathering accurate business data, researching target accounts, and helping the agency pitch services to the right decision-makers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, strong in research, and confident in initiating contact with potential leads.

Key Responsibilities
Client Data Collection & Research
  • Identify potential clients across sectors that match the agency's target profile.
  • Collect and organize data such as company details, decision-makers, marketing managers, contact information, and business size.
  • Use online tools, directories, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), and market data to build accurate prospect lists.
  • Evaluate the potential of each account and categorize them based on relevance and business size.
Lead Generation & Account Qualification
  • Generate qualified leads with verified contact info.
  • Conduct background checks on brands to understand their advertising and marketing activities.
  • Monitor trends, new businesses, and growing brands that may require agency services.
  • Build a database of warm, qualified accounts ready for agency outreach.
Pitching Support & Communication
  • Support the business development team in preparing customized pitches for identified prospects.
  • Initiate first contact when needed (email, social media, or outreach messages).
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and hand over leads to the BD/Account team.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain an updated CRM or lead-tracking sheet.
  • Provide weekly progress reports on leads gathered, accounts researched, and outreach activity.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager/Agency Director to refine targeting strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong research and data-mining skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, company directories, and online research tools.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, media, or agency services is a plus.

  • Number of verified potential accounts collected weekly.
  • Quality of leads (accuracy of data + decision-maker identification).
  • Conversion rate from collected leads to meetings.
