Job summary

Tech Junction Ltd in Riyadh is seeking experienced NOC Engineers (L1 & L2) for a 12-month on-site contract in Saudi Arabia. The role covers 24x7 monitoring, fault isolation, incident handling, and service restoration across Subsea, DWDM, IP/MPLS, Ethernet, and Data Center platforms.

You should have 3–5+ years in NOC operations, hands-on DWDM/OTN and IP/MPLS expertise, and familiarity with Cisco/Juniper hardware, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow ticketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NOC experience for L1 roles and 5+ years for L2 roles in telecom/Datacenter environments
• Hands-on experience with DWDM/OTN optical transport systems and IP/MPLS networks
• Experience with Subsea, DWDM, IP/MPLS, Ethernet and Data Center platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 network monitoring, alarm management, fault isolation, and service restoration across carrier-grade infrastructure
• Execute L1/L2 troubleshooting and fault resolution across Subsea, DWDM, IP/MPLS, and Data Center networks
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineering, vendors, or field operations
• Perform circuit validation, optical power analysis, and service verification
• Drive major incident restoration activities and coordinate emergency repairs
• Maintain ticket updates and shift handovers in ServiceNow
