Job summary

Tech Junction Ltd in Riyadh is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to monitor subsea cables, DWDM/OTN, IP/MPLS core, and data center connectivity. You will own 24x7 operations, perform L1/L2 troubleshooting, and drive service restoration with strict SLA adherence.

The role requires hands-on experience with Ciena and Infinera platforms, Cisco/Juniper routing, and incident management using ServiceNow and SolarWinds. Saudi residency is required; on-site permanent position.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on NOC experience in 24×7 telecom environments.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
Strong expertise with subsea cable systems, DWDM/OTN, IP/MPLS, and data center networks.
Resident of Saudi Arabia or on-site local candidates only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage 24×7 NOC operations for subsea and core networks.
L1/L2 troubleshooting, fault isolation, and incident management with SLA focus.
Configure and support Ciena and Infinera optical platforms and IP/MPLS routers.
Coordinate with regional engineering teams and operators for service restoration.
Utilize ServiceNow and SolarWinds/NMS for incident tracking and performance reporting.
Perform optical power analysis and circuit validation for end-to-end service verification.
