As a Legal Executive, you will be responsible for handling and managing a range of legal matters and providing legal support to the business. You will also be asked to manage the Company’s litigation matters, represent the Company before the Courts of law, and to draft and review contracts for the Company.


In this role, you will:


  • Oversee the Company’s legal cases and represent the Company as its duly appointed counsel before the Courts of law;
  • Draft and vet documents related to litigious matters including but not limited to suits, defences, and applications;
  • Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and achieving out of court settlements where so required;
  • Review and draft legal documents, including resolutions, powers of attorney, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), contracts, SLAs, company policies etc. for Legal counsel’s review;
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters;
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on applicable laws and regulations;
  • Assist with company secretarial matters, including filings, registrations, licences, etc;
  • Liaise with government authorities if needed in relation to the establishment and maintenance of companies;
  • Develop and implement legal compliance programs and initiatives;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and risk management;
  • Maintain accurate and organised legal records and documentation; and
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the legal team to ensure that the team is able to work efficiently.
