As the Junior Commercial Analyst in Wealth Management, you will be responsible for market research modelling, in-depth analysis across products and clients, and the management of budgeting and forecasting processes, all while focusing on key metrics such as Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue generation. You will also be responsible for creating client proposals, pitch decks, and post-sales client analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Keep analysing the real estate market to identify opportunity hotspots in the region. Read available secondary data/reports and present takeaways to the management. Periodically publish research reports. Perform on-demand global research on rules, regulations, tax laws, etc., for the target geographic markets.
- Client Proposals and Pitch Deck Development: Work closely with the Wealth Management team to do client need analysis and risk profiling. Design client proposals based on the client profile and the research done for the real estate sector. Communicate with internal stakeholders for proposal deliberation. Once approved, develop the pitch deck for the client.
- Reporting and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial performance metrics, including Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue streams (e.g., advisory fees, transactional income, etc.). Develop management reports for wealth teams and related assets.
- Special Projects: Work on special projects assigned by the line manager. These research and analysis projects may include, but are not limited to, areas related to commercial, regulatory, and financial matters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in research, business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of Research, Business Analysis & Reporting.
- Proven track record in making reports, feasibility and commercial documents.
- In-depth knowledge of research tools and techniques.
- A deep understanding of the real estate market services/products.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
