Job summary

Infobip Saudi Arabia is hiring a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective customers, building a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to identify customer needs, position Infobip's solutions, and create quality opportunities, with a foundation for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible to participate in the Tamheer program and fulfill all requirements.
• Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings.
• Identify segments, needs, and verticals to route opportunities to the correct Sales Team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams on account-based approaches and campaigns.
• Build knowledge of Infobip's solutions and how they address customer challenges.
• Maintain forecasting and track activities against goals weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage prospecting and data quality.
