Job summary

Infobip is seeking a Business Development Representative as the first point of contact for prospective customers, building a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualification. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to identify needs and position Infobip solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities via outbound prospecting.
• Identify customer segments and route opportunities to the appropriate Sales Team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and channel teams using account-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and track activities against goals.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage prospecting activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions to develop sales skills.
