Job summary

Infobip is a global cloud communications platform with 75+ offices. As a Business Development Representative in Riyadh, you are the first contact for prospective customers, building a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and channel teams, learn Infobip's solutions, and develop your commercial and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of professional experience.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
Identify customer segments, business needs, and verticals early in conversations to route opportunities to the appropriate Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams using account-based sales approaches and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
Build knowledge of Infobip's solutions and how they address customer business challenges.
Maintain accurate forecasting and track activities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage prospecting activities and maintain data quality.
Qualify inbound leads when required and support lead management activities across the region.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to continuously develop sales and communication skills
