Purpose of the Job

To manage the new e-commerce system and act as a coordination point between the ADC sales team and the IT department to ensure smooth operations and system functionality.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior application managers on planning, implementation, and upgrading of software and network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily software and application issues by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on new and existing software applications.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and management of company databases.
  • Monitor the roll-out of new applications and updates to ensure smooth integration and proper functionality.
  • Document technical procedures, protocols, and user manuals according to established standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest software developments and industry trends to recommend future improvements..
