Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Saudi Arabia is seeking a non-management banquet team member to ensure flawless service during events. You will set up banquet spaces, inspect grooming and attire, and coordinate with guests and departments to meet needs.

You will participate in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching staff, while fostering teamwork and upholding safety and confidentiality. Deliver luxury service daily in a premier property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team and maintains proper grooming and attire.
• Set up banquet areas, inspect cleanliness, and ensure proper furniture and equipment arrangement.
• Communicate with guests and departments to meet service needs and fulfill special banquet events.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
• Support a positive working environment and maintain company safety policies and procedures.
• Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and protect company assets.
