Job summary

A fast-growing startup based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia is looking for an HR Specialist to join the team on-site and play a key role in building people operations from the ground up.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Al Khobar. The HR Specialist will support the startup’s growth by managing core HR operations and helping shape a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, handling day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR regulations. The role also involves working closely with employees throughout their journey in the company, supporting engagement initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative, people‑first environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow alongside the business.
