A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR are required to drive effective recruitment and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Sufficient knowledge of the development of regulations and systems
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Responsibilities

• Develop personnel management policies and procedures and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise the work of team leaders and ensure the efficiency of daily operations.
• Review and follow up on employee contracts and renewals in accordance with regulations.
• Approve leaves, salaries, and end-of-service procedures in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to develop new policies and improve the work environment.
• Oversee the maintenance and confidentiality of employee files and documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on department performance and submit them to direct management.
• Ensure the department's compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and other relevant authorities.
• Follow up on employee complaints and handle them according to official procedures.
• Safeguard Company property and ensure its optimal use.
