We are on the hunt for a dynamic HR Business Partner to work closely with AlOthaim in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will play an essential role in influencing and driving HR initiatives, ensuring that the workforce is engaged, skilled, and aligned with the company’s mission. This position involves collaborating with various operational teams and acting as a trusted advisor in matters related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate in the design and execution of recruiting, performance management, and succession planning processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing insight and guidance to the leadership team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in a retail or fast-paced environment.
