Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Advisor – Hematology in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing scientific leadership, executing medical strategies, and engaging with key opinion leaders. Requires a medical degree and experience in hematology. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The position is full-time, based in Riyadh or Jeddah, and involves field-based interactions.

Qualifications

  • Priority Experience in hematology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically in Medical Affairs.
  • Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical/biostatistical data.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Residency in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the KSA hematology medical plan aligned to brand strategy.
  • Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and academic centers.
  • Lead/support local research and collaborate on regional/global trials.
  • Provide timely, accurate, balanced medical information.
  • Partner with Market Access on value propositions and payer engagements.
  • Lead CME programs and coordinate medical presence at congresses.
