Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for staff regarding computers, software, printers, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, systems, and network devices
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
• Perform regular data backups and ensure protection against cyber threats
• Maintain servers, firewall systems, and ensure server-room readiness
• Manage clinical systems such as EMR and HR systems
• Document technical incidents and prepare routine IT reports
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades
• Train staff on IT systems and best practices
