Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related guest service experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and payment.
• Assign rooms and issue room keys, and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions.
• Balance and drop receipts; complete cashier and closing reports.
• Assist guests with requests and provide directions and property information.
