Job summary

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Front Office Agent in Saudi Arabia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, intuitive service and ensuring a memorable stay. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, guest inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to maintain service quality.

Fluent in English and Arabic, you will manage guest profiles, welcome VIPs, and process payments with accuracy while upholding cash handling procedures and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Saudi National only
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience in a similar field
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team
• Ability to promote positive relations with all guests

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests warmly and personally
• Check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
• Escort VIP guests to rooms and provide informed hotel guidance
• Process payments, issue keys, and explain room features
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local area events
• Manage reception emails and daily handovers
• Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality of information
• Follow hotel policies, cash handling, and safety procedures
