You will speak Arabic and English fluently, manage guest communications, and maintain accurate records while supporting smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Must be Saudi national for this position.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests ensuring a warm professional and efficient welcome
• Handle guest check-ins check-outs requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls emails and other guest communications
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities services and local attractions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and a seamless guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant information in the hotel system
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and escalated matters when necessary
• Process payments and assist with cashiering procedures in accordance with hotel policies
• Maintain a clean organized and professional Front Desk area
• Follow hotel security safety and operational procedures at all times
• Support the Front Office team and perform other duties as assigned by management
