Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Riyadh invites dynamic Front Office professionals to join our guest service team. As a Guest Service Agent you will deliver professional, guest-focused service, welcome guests, check in/out per SOPs, and proactively address day-to-day hotel operations.

You will work with colleagues across departments, maintain privacy, and showcase knowledge of hotel facilities and policies while adapting to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality preferred.
• Front Office experience in a hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of an additional language beneficial.
• Experience with Opera is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, guest-focused service at the front desk.
• Check in guests according to established SOPs and warmly welcome them.
• Check out departing guests per standards and handle rooms sales for walk-ins.
• Manage cash, cheques, and foreign currency bills per policy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the Guest Service Desk staffed, ready, and stocked for guests.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies, procedures and facilities.
