Novotel Makkah Saudi Arabia is seeking a friendly Receptionist Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a welcoming and professional experience throughout their stay.

You will greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs, manage inquiries, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions. This role requires Arabic and English proficiency and a customer‑oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality required
• Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Experience in receptionist/front desk or hospitality preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Maintain accurate guest records in the hotel system
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and escalations professionally
• Process payments and assist with cashiering as needed
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized
• Follow hotel security, safety, and procedures
