Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Design and develop high-quality digital assets for the e-commerce platform, including homepage banners, product visuals, promotional graphics, campaign creatives, and UI elements.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial, marketing, and content teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual storytelling.
  • Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for web and mobile user experience.
  • Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in alignment with the commercial calendar.
  • Adapt and localize global creative assets to suit regional preferences and cultural nuances in the GCC market.
  • Work with photographers, content creators, and agencies to develop rich product imagery and lifestyle visuals.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering within tight deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor creative strategies, and emerging e-commerce design best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers (if applicable), fostering creativity and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer/Artist, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital/e-commerce design and commercial campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in designing responsive and mobile-optimized digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout for web design.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with developers/content managers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
  • Native Arabic speaker. English is a plus.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business needs.
