Job Summary

As Food & Beverage Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of all F&B outlets and events. You’ll assist in coordinating service delivery, managing guest requests, and liaising between departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with IHG’s True Hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily F&B operations across outlets and banquets to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in managing reservations, event bookings, and banquet setups.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, service, and sales teams to meet guest requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support ordering processes for F&B supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&B operations and events.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support training initiatives and enforce brand standards within F&B outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in administrative duties including scheduling and payroll support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage coordination or service roles is an advantage.
