Job Opportunity: Finance Manager (Investment & Fundraising Focus) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)
Weekends: Thursday & Friday
Position Overview: As our Finance Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing our financial operations, supporting fundraising efforts (Seed, Series A/B), maintaining investor relations, and ensuring compliance in both KSA and Egypt. You’ll work closely with the founders and executive team to drive financial strategy and decision-making during this critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models and compelling pitch materials.
- Support the end-to-end fundraising process (Seed, Series A/B rounds).
- Manage investor communication, due diligence, and data rooms.
- Build annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor runway, cash flow, and key financial KPIs.
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial records and reporting.
- Oversee local tax, audit, and financial compliance in Saudi Arabia, while also managing oversight for Egyptian regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and accounting firms.
- Track expenditures and optimize cost efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash disbursement, and payment cycles.
- Develop regular internal and external financial reports and dashboards.
- Provide insights and updates to founders, board members, and investors.
- Lead and coordinate the finance & accounting teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
- Implement and manage scalable financial systems, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of finance and accounting experience within startups or venture-backed companies.
- Strong track record in investment readiness, VC fundraising, and investor relations.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory, tax, and corporate laws, including familiarity with investment structures and cross-border financial operations.
- Experience working with or managing external auditors, legal firms, and financial consultants.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
