Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Field IT Support Engineer in Riyadh to provide on-site dispatch support and troubleshoot IT-related issues. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure field support, excellent customer management skills, and relevant technical certifications. This role requires strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of IT field support experience.
• Expert in desk-side support and PC break/fix.
• Usage knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide Onsite Dispatch Support for Field Services.
• Troubleshoot and fix IT Infrastructure issues.
• Interact with customers at different levels.
